After driving up & down the main drag in BHC this was the only place you could sit down and order so here we are. We love Chili's the food is consistent no matter what location you go to and that was true here as well. After a long day of driving we were HUNGRY so we got the $10-any 3 appetizer with Southwestern rolls, buffalo wings & artichike spinach dip. Dynamite!! The kid got 1/2 rack ribs & fries $6 The wife got Endless Soup/Salad/Chips & salsa $6 I got the crusted tilapia on cedar plank with rice & veggies $11 Everything was great, the service was fast & friendly and we left satisfied. You can't go wrong at Chili's.

We weren't in the mood to trying a new place. We wanted something that we all know was pretty good and consistent. So instead of trying out the numerous Laughlin casino restaurants, we landed here at Chili's. I haven't been to a Chili's in a very long time. Therefore, I was glad to see my favorites were still on the menu - southwestern egg rolls and chicken crispers. Chain retaurants sometimes taste different from city to city and state to state, but I'm glad Chili's is still the same even here in Arizona.

Eh. Been to one, been to them all. I guess knowing what you're getting from location to location is good. Service is always an issue in Bullhead.

I'm no stranger to Chili's but this place just seemed off to me. They had a terrible selection of games on, we weren't really able to watch anything Non Arizona... The bar tender wasn't that great, the place seemed small and to top it off, I felt guilty giving my money to a state with such rigid immigration laws.... On the plus, we were served by fireman raising money, and the place is RIGHT off the river, so nice if you are staying in Laughlin

Recent remodel of a young store. Food is good, drinks are cold. Good size eat in bar area for popular televised events (sports). This place can get very busy very quickly on holiday or special event weekends.

Great service . Bartender doesn't really enjoy serving drinks but overall food is great . Fajita Trio is well recommended .

I've been to many Chili's Restaurants and I am very disappointed in this one. My food was cold and I asked for it to be heated up. When it came back it was still very cold....I'm not picky but if your judging the meal to be hot by just touching the plate I'm not sure that's the correct way to check if the food on the plate is hot....

Average at best. Took for ever to get our food, server was nice! Just mass produced, frozen and quick made resturant chain food. Its nice to mix it up, but wouldnt eat here on a regular basis!

Disappointing experience. Food took 25 - 30 minutes to arrive. Food arrived cold to barely warm. Requested onion ring upgrade with my Sweet and Smokey burger but received standard fries. Burger arrived with pickles not included in description. Removed pickles but could not get rid of the taste. No roaming manager to share experience with. I am not a complainer but this posting could not be avoided.

The service at this chili's was horrible we didn't have utensils till after we asked for them three times we had to ask numerous times for our drinks to be refilled. the lemonade drinks were watered down and the foods was bland not well cooked and seasoned this was the worst chili's experience i have ever had specially for being my first time in bullhead city vacationing with my family .

UPDATING my review (MUST BE A NEW MANAGER) This place really has gotten better. I will now give it a 5 stars. Service is good, food has gotten way better and love the rewards.

It was back to Chili's, where I consumed a Fajita Trio, which had a nice balance of shrimp, chicken, and shrimp, but, alas, was not as good as usual, because some of the White Onion was rind, and there was little oil on the skillet. In this case, less grease translated into a less tasty dish. Guacamole with Roasted Corn was good once it got to the table, but the appetizer was initially forgotten. Set on eating food items in logical order, I waved the first platter of fajitas away, to receive and finish my ordered starter first. The manager stepped in and ordered a new batch of fajitas to be made. She also took both the guacamole app and fajitas off the bill, which was more than I expected, and showed dedication to good customer satisfaction. I know that mistakes in food preparation and service sometimes happen, so I will be back.

Ordered the 6 oz sirloin off the 2 for $20 menu. The steak was juicy and tender. The broccoli was steamed to perfection and the mashed potatoes are to die for. Ended the meal with the tasty skillet brownie. Very pleased.

The food was great but unfortunately the customer service was not at par. Our waitress was extremely rude and for some reason when it came down to paying our bill I paid with American Express , she asked for two forms of ID and another credit card to validate who I was. She was baffled that a young person under 30 has a American Express Black card.

FOOD TASTY...JUST NOT 5 STAR EXPERIENCE Always have the great chips and salsa. They were out and had to cut up tortillas and fry up. Some were VERY greasy definitely not as good as originals. My wife did not receive what she ordered so it took quite a while to get what she ordered and to have dinner with the rest of us. Our server Christina was certainly nice enough and did all she could to keep the chips and salsa and drinks coming. My fajitas were outstanding and my daughter said the ribs were scrumptious...so the food is great BUT they have yet to pull off a five star dining experience for one reason or another. Also...WHERE'S THE WI-FI? We will try them again.

What is with these Chilis of late and it taking a year and a half to get our food? Seriously, usually I have my triple dipper before I can dunk my first chip in the salsa, but this one is just like "WTF is taking so long?!? Are u de-feathering the damn chicken!?!" But, at least our waitress redeemed herself and the food when it FINALLY got to the table was decent. I was also disappointed they didn't have XX on draught like every other Chilis I've been to, but I guess I should lower the bar, I am in Bullhead City/Laughlin after all.

This is probably one of the busier restaurants in the area, surprisingly. Theres always a good amount if people here. The food is good, just as you'd expect in any Chilis. I also really like that machine/tablet on the table for easy checkout. Its quick and very convenient. The service, however, could definitely be better. There are times when they are fast, other times I feel like they just really take their time. Its never really consistent. Even the togo spot. The first time I was out of there in 2 minutes, this time I had to wait in the bar area to pay and get my food.

We stopped at Chili's to eat before we head bacl home from our vacation. The food was good just like every other Chili's but the customer service of the hostess fpr the opening sgift and our server Cassandra Ma made this location no reason to ever come back. We did have a group of six. The hostess did not seem very happy to be there and our server forgot some of our items that we ordered. I had asked someone that brought our food for something and he never came back. I asked pur server for my item again and she remembered some time later. This Chili's location needs to really work on their customer service skills as well as checking with the tables. Our server did not help us with very much. When it came time to pay, she never came back except to checl if we paid on the machine they have at the tables. If it were up to me, i would have only tipped a couple dollars for pur $80 check because the service was not worth more than that. This was a very unpleasant location.

We came here after waiting for over 45 minutes at another place. We were seated right away. Our server, Deborah, was super friendly and great. The food was excellent. My steak was soft and juicy. Definitely happy we came here.

Slow service, waited 15 minutes just to get our drink order going....then I'm begging and stopping a random waitress for napkins, maybe it's an Arizona thing. I'm from Cali

Worst. Service. Ever. Seriously. I don't think I've ever had a worse experience of customer service from management in my life. The flatbread pizza came out overcooked and burnt over most of the edges. The chicken fajitas came out with barely a sizzle. No smoke or scorching to speak of. The veggies were practically raw, still bright in color. The skillet was not hot to the touch and I'm guessing this is where the main problem with the cooking came into play. The fajitas were sent back and not returned for 20 minutes. Yes, 20 minutes, and barely browned at all. What were they doing for the entire 20 minutes? I was almost late to work. I asked to speak with the manager as this was the second consecutive time that it had happened. I explained everything calmly and collectively being careful not to insult anyone or step on any shoes. The manager was completely condescending, unapologetic, insincere, and lacking any form of empathy. She says to me VERBATIM "So, uh... I guess you'll be wanting a discount?". No joke. She took $5 off the tab. Not even half the amount the fajitas cost. To put the icing on the cake, she must have had some nasty words to say about us to the rest of her staff while she was entering in the sorry excuse of a discount, because as we walked out of the restaurant, without uttering a single word three employees standing next to the host counter stared at us as we left. No "Goodbye, thanks for coming", not even a single smile. Just three judging faces with cold eyes and blank stares, standing there with nothing better to do but get their fill of today's drama. I have never, NEVER sworn off a restaurant in my life. This Chili's has won that privilege. Congrats, Chilis. Your complete lack of service and quality has surpassed anything I've ever experienced in my life, and that's pretty spectacular.

Well was disappointed new tech they had on tables did not work at all! Had soup it was just short of cold and pretzel bread was dry, chicken was hard to chew, to thick, had grizzle and skin! Avocado was brown! Guess I just didn't order the right food because we have been to other Chilis a lot and always good!

I've went here a few times with my fiance. I've had good service and I've had OK service and I've had bad service (not rude service, just incompetent or something). I've sat mostly at the bar and had Terry a few times and another bartender he had a latin accent, both were either good or okay depending on which time we visited. The food is usually pretty good. The drinks are always good, but as far as bartenders go I think Terry is the only who really KNOWS the drinks, the other bartenders know what the drinks are, but I think Terry actually knows them in a way that if you describe it he can recommend the right one. When I sat at the table, any time I sat at a table the service was slow and the order was wrong every time.... Even the drink order was wrong once, I asked for an Iced Tea, I got a sprite.... LoL. They were nice, but kind of ditzy maybe? It's good enough that I'll still visit, but nothing to brag about either.

** PROS ** * Beautiful new decor * Great view of the Laughlin casinos in neighboring Nevada * Children's menu, interactive w/games & crayons * Easy to read menu with photos * Friendly wait staff * Clean/quiet restaurant and quick service * Birthday song & ice cream for my daughter ** CONS ** * New Spicy Shrimp Tacos were not as pictured (no breading, no sauce, only "spice" was the addition of some chopped jalapenos) * No wi-fi

Chili's has never impressed me, but this particular Chili's was probably the worst. Should give it one star but will explain the 2 stars in a moment. Came here just because we were hungry, just got into town, and needed a family friendly establishment. The wait to be seated wasn't bad at all for a party of 10. The wait staff was friendly enough but a little aloof. Our orders were taken within a reasonable time frame which was appreciated considering we had some wiggly kids. The problem I find with Chili's is that the menu showcases mouth watering pictures of food and the descriptions make the food sound tasty. What you think you are going to get and the reality of what you actually get are two very different things. My friend ordered a steak prepared well that looked more like beef jerky...fail. I ordered a citrus lime grilled chicken that was bland as heck. I would NOT consider a wedge of lime on top of my "grilled" chicken as passing for its flavoring. I say "grilled" because there were no grill marks on my chicken...it looked poached. Completely unacceptable tastewise. Fail. Someone else at our table ordered the chicken fajitas which was also unappetizing...it was a bunch of strips of frozen chicken mixed around with green bell peppers and onion. Fail. The other meal ordered by the other adult at the table was completely unforgetable...fail. Lastly, the kids orders were incomplete and incorrectly placed. Fail. I was irritated by the fact that the waitress tried to cover herself up by saying my son incorrectly ordered the wrong item...WTF? and proceeded to argue with me. (He had circled his choice on his kid's menu and actually showed her what he wanted when he gave her his order.) Too many common sense requests that were not quickly attended to such as water refills, extra napkins, clearing empty plates. Fail. Whatever! The reason I gave this place the extra star is because the waitress obviously recognized that she screwed up and was providing less than satisfactory service. She comped two kids meals...a small gesture, but the fact that she acknowledged that somehow she had to rescue this mess says alot.

The absolute worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. There were eight in our party. When the server showed up, she dropped eight place settings of silverware in front of me for me to distribute. After taking our drink orders, they again were all set in front of me to distribute. Keep in mind, we were at a table in the center not in a closed in booth. Our main courses came in threes. Three of us were served, after a few minutes the other four were served, & then after a few more minutes, the eighth person was served. After finishing our meal, no one came to clear the dirty dishes away & we finally had to hunt someone down to get our check. The Gaul of it for me was that they actually added a gratuity to the checks ( we had one check for three meals & one check for five meals) & you had to subtract it if you didn't feel it was deserved, & believe me their service, or lack of it, did not deserve an automatic gratuity. General Manager Michelle Rowe should take some time to analyze her serving staff & explain that just because they add an automatic gratuity to every bill, the staff does not have to give good service (in my opinion).
